First time I visited this salon with my daughter we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a warm, sincere smile and made to feel very relaxed and welcomed by the receptionist. We were even offered a cup of tea and cold drinks. My daughter used to visit another salon quite far away from home as we really do not have any quality black hairdressers locally. She is really happy with her hair stylist at Hiikuss, her hair is beautiful and well styled and she is always getting compliments from people about her hair. I had my hair braided here and absolutely love it, cannot wait for my next style.

All the staff are very professional and friendly. you are never kept waiting and always entertained, they are also offer value for money and have a brilliant points system which can be traded in against your bill and I always get comments about my hair on leaving the salon and up until the style has grown out.

Very hospitable and welcoming service always. The stylist always takes an interest in my hair dilemma's and always answers questions to current products and gives general good advice on haircare. To be a good listener, I feel, is essential for the client/stylist relationship. You are never, frowned upon here, or regarded as a burden/nuisance, and your hair issues are taken seriously. The salon environment is welcoming, friendly, relaxed, clean and co-ordinated. Salon equipment appears in excellent condition. Overall experience is great, second to none, and you are treated even on a busy day as an individual with dedicated time. I have to also say, with hair, the team are very creative.

I absolutely Love Hiikuss,they have a Lovely service,you always feel welcomed,the staff are amazing,very clean and professional and you will always have a great service when it comes down to your hair..I will recommend this salon to anyone! :)
