I went to have my hair coloured and cut before a wedding I had the next day, for the first time at hair by Phillips. When I arrived my booking had been missed booked. The staff dealt with the situation really well and professionally. They juggled a few staff and squeezed me in. I was really happy with the attention I received. I was really pleased with the colour and cut and will definitely be returning.

I appreciated being fitted in when I requested an earlier appointment however because of this I didn't have my usual hairdresser for the whole time and unfortunately I found the hair drying experience a little painful. My hair was caught in the brushes. Perhaps she was learning......
