My only real 'niggle' is the way the 'loyalty' card system works - if I spend £60 in one visit I get the same single credit as someone spending £15. And when you've collected 6 stamps, all you 'earn' is a meagre £5 discount. So I might spend 6 x £60 = £360 to save £5, someone else could spend 6 x £15 = £90 to save the same £5 -not fair!

Hi Sue thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback, its much appreciated. Regarding your comments about our loyalty scheme, we're so sorry to hear you're finding our £5 discount 'meagre'. It's really difficult for small businesses such as ours with small profit margins to find ways to give back to our valued clients without it breaking the bank. We sincerely wish it could be more but we'll certainly take your feedback on board and will consider seeing if we are able to amend it in future. Outside of our loyalty scheme we also gift each customer a £5 voucher each birthday as another little way to say thanks, so do make sure we have your birthday in our system so you'll get that too. We also ran a raffle for Gemma's 20th year anniversary last month and we gave out 4 x cut and blowdry vouchers, £100 John Lewis Vouchers, and an iphone for the star prize, so we do try to do as much as we can. We do hope this doesn't detract from your experience and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Team HBP

A lovely cut by Sophie, she even gave me two French plaits. Everyone when I went to netball was commenting on how neat and lovely they were. Very welcoming atmosphere with a lovely bunch of staff. Highly recommend this place

My first visit to HBP; finally ditched wasted hours queuing at the barbershop for a gents cut here. Comfortable and friendly place; delighted with my haircut, as was my 7 year old daughter with hers (thanks Kelly!).
