First time visiting Edward James salon today and I am so happy with the results! I came with damaged and patchy hair, following a really bad experience at a different salon a few months ago. So I was worried coming in that they wouldn’t be able to help me, but I cannot fault my experience at Edward James. Penny took the time to really understand what I was looking for during the consultation, and I knew I was in safe hands. My hair is GORGEOUS and I feel so confident. After months of hating my hair because of the other salon, I’ve walked out today with the biggest smile on my face, swishing my hair with every step, and have sent the before and after photos to friends and family. Cannot recommend this place, and Penny, enough!
