I've had a tough couple of months with two unplanned abdominal surgeries, so I phoned up to book in for some much needed pampering and relaxation. I asked for a relaxing facial similar to an aromatherapy facial that used to be offered at the Cove, and on the phone I was told that the therapist would consult with me and tailor the treatment to my needs. When I go there I was told by the therapist that she was trained in the Medik8 protocol so that was what she was going to do. I came away with glowing skin, but it wasn't quite the relaxing experience I had hoped for. I also came away feeling a bit despondent after being told I would really benefit from a course of treatments to target the signs of ageing!

Never the same staff so don’t build up a chatty relationship although the 2 girls today were very good and pleasant hope They are still there next time !!

I cannot comment on the quality of advice received yet, as the treatment (laser hair removal) will take several more sessions. Therefore the same is true for the value for money question, i.e. I don't know yet whether it works, hence cannot comment whether it's good value for money! Therefore I also don't know whether to recommend to friends or family. The service I receive from Ana (Beaconsfield) is professional, discreet, competent, caring and kind and I'm very happy with how I am treated by her. Thank-you, Ana.

On this visit there seemed to be a mismatch of appointment times , with the salon and myself. I was called to advise I was late. When I booked the time of the appointment last month I added this to my diary at the time of booking so for me the time had not changed at all. It appears My appointment had been brought forward 15 minutes , if this had been done post my booking I wasn’t made aware of this. For my appointment i was unable to have the allotted hour appointment but was advised I would only be able to be accommodated for a half hour slot , as I was late essentially. This was fine but the tone of the caller was definitely indicating that this was my fault as I was late and had clearly got the wrong time down In saying that the person that provided the treatment was very helpful and competent.
