Considering the huge competition with salon, I am very disappointed with the overall experience. I received a manicure and pedicure with gel voucher from my sister and I expected a really relaxing, pampering experience. Instead, I received a cold, impersonal service. I was at the salon for 2 hours for this treatment ( which is in itself too long), I wasn’t offered a beverage or a glass of water. I wasn’t asked what nail shapes I am after. Instead it was assumed it will be the same as I currently have. I expected a foot rub as I have received as part of pedicures at other salon. I received a 10 seconds cream rub. The salon doesn’t have a pedicure chair with massage option built in which other salons offer. Overall, for the £85 price, I can find much much better elsewhere. In fact better for cheaper.

I would like to clarify these results do not reflect the therapist who was very professional and did provide a great facial. However throughout the one hour treatment I could hear her colleagues in the reception area talking the whole time extremely loudly which completely took away any relaxation from the treatment. £70 is a lot to pay when you dont get the relaxing time you thought you would get - especially when taking a day off work! Disappointing as you ate me local salon and would liked to have booked in for more facials but wouldn’t book another after this experience.

You refused to take the gift voucher my husband had given me for Christmas as payment towards a pedi course!! If he'd given me the cash apparently, it would have been ok??!! I'd have had to add another £100 to it so how is this good business? I won't be buying another course!! You have upped the price of a soak off from £10 to £15; a FIFTY PERCENT increase!! The premises is looking very scruffy. You have no coffee machine, no aircon, no fans!!! I've been a customer of L & S for years & years & the staff are really lovely but sadly, with regret, after my course of manicures runs out, I will not be back.

The other day I did eyebrow threading. When I got home, I realized that the job was not done correctly as some hair was still sticking out. Then today, I had upper legs and extended biking wax. So many hairs were missed that I had to call the lady to return to the room and remove them. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found even more hair that was around my knees and the back of my upper leg, and realized that the bikini area was not waxed as 'extended' but as 'normal'. Such a pity and a waste of my time and money.

A little more proffesnalism needed or both the receptionist and the therapist. Perhaps managocould offer some extra training and nurturing as both girls would be very capable if given the time to learn more from experienced teachers

Dear Sir/Madam I wanted to write and say how disappointed I am with the services provided. My mum and myself had a lash lift on Friday afternoon. My appointment was at 5pm and the lady I had was great. My lash lift came out lovely and very happy with the services. However my mother was extremely unhappy (appointment at 4pm on Friday), she did not feel relaxed, the lady couldn’t get the eye strips on took her 7 gos, and the overall outcome was extremely poor. I have attached photo with glue left all over eyelid eye was slightly glued together, there was black dye below eye and on eye lid. At home I had to spend 20 minutes trying to remove all the black off and the glue to unstick her eye. This was her first lash lift experience and she won’t be doing it again after this. Extremely disappointed and charging £65 to let her leave with black all over her face she was extremely unhappy.
