My appointment was for 11.30, I had to be out of the salon for 13:30 and checked on my arrival how long had been booked out for my appointment as I did when making the booking on the phone. It was two hours and so I booked a cab to collect me at 13:30. I arrived at the salon early before 11am. No one started on my hair until midday! Apparently someone before me was late. If this happens, it’s should not be me that is penalised by having my set time delayed. What should happen is the person that is late then has gaps in their appointment whilst the hairdresser tends to the other clients that arrived on time. I appreciate that minor delays may occur but being 30 mins behind schedule meant that I had to cancel my cab and then couldn’t rebook another one which then led to knock on inconveniences throughout my planned day. This hasn’t happened before and that’s because I usually book in with Wayne and Jade but I didn’t this time and regretted it. Was happy with my hair but not the experience as left feeling stressed that I was late for other appointments.

Second time, I made visit on appointment time, but I have been waiting extra 45 min to get start. In the early a few visit, the whole haircut took 40-60 min, but now causally, it very roughly only took 25 min to get finish with very bad quality. Will not visit again. Bye

I booked a pre-holiday tint and half a dozen low lights, followed by a cut and blow dry.I have been a client of the salon for some years. I had my tint and lowlights and I was told by the cutter that she had bad news, she could not carry out my cut and blow dry for at least another hour. I was told the next appointment had arrived and I would have to wait until after that client, even though I was already there and shampooed, and halfway through my process. I enquired why the next client had priority over me but I was told nothing could or would be done, and no interest was shown in my predicament. I had important plans for the afternoon and I had no option but to cancel the cut and blow dry, I could not sit around for an hour, so I had my hair dried and left the salon without my cut as booked. I was amazed at this dismissive treatment, and shocked at being openly treated as less valued than the client who arrived later and was prioritised before me. There was no one managing the salon and therefore no-one with any authority to take charge or help with the situation.
