Eve is absolutely amazing - my hair comes out superbly, I couldn’t recommend her enough. As a new customer however, I am less impressed with the reception staff. I have Afro hair and tend to get my hair done every 4-5 weeks. As a new customer I would have expected the reception staff to be transparent with the pricing, however this wasn’t the case. I hadn’t been told that I was being charged £5 for a latte, and when I queried this, they seemed less than impressed. I would have expected to have been either provided with a menu list, or at least some form of acknowledgment for the fee once paying. This was also the case for the price of treatments which don’t seem to match online. Aside from this, the quality of the service (from Eve) is wonderful.
