I love visiting the Errol Douglas Salon, always a warm welcome from reception, Charlotte always goes above and beyond for me and has a welcoming smile. Jasmin is the best colourist ever and Anna's cut and blow dry leaves me feeling like a brand new woman. Im so happy to have you guys back x

The receptionist communicated with me whilst taking a phone call, thrust a temperature sensor into my face without explanation and probably didn't say one word directed at me during the whole period.

Lovely to see you all again coping so well in these difficult times. I love my 'sexy' hair which has had more comments than ever before. I may even try & replicate with the hair dryer!
