I was very nervous to go to a new salon as I’ve been somewhere else for five years. When I entered the place I was greeted straight away with a lot of smiley faces and my coat was taken to hang up on the coat stand. My Hairdresser introduced herself and sat me straight down and asked me what I’d like and we hit it off straight away. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and after cutting asked if I wanted any more off and was I happy? I felt very well looked after, and I was very pleased with the cut of my hair and definitely going back.

First time at this salon and my stylist made me feel very comfortable and at ease (and the massage chair and head massage at the beginning nearly sent me to sleep!). Would definitely recommend.

Hello, It was my first visit,for a strait cut (Bob)and blow dry. I find first visits difficult they are very important. As this is when the client needs to be able to tell the hairdresser what she wants. We discussed layering, This I did not want,The hairdresser understood my request to give the hair a bit of fullness rather than just a straight blow dry and put in some large rollers,When finished it looked good.However when after a few days having washed it myself I realised there were two bits at the front underneath longer and not level all the way around.So I phoned and it was dealt with very quickly and soon levelled up with the rest of the hair to my satisfaction. Just a misunderstanding,I will be back,Thank you
