I don’t understand why the male hairdresser I had was unable to speak more than 5 sentences to me during my cut. I don’t live small talk but it was so strange and awkward. Cut was fine. The people washing my hair were all lovely.

I’m really sorry our stylist didn’t hold a conversation and made you feel awkward.. please try another stylist who will suit you.. Katie has a good conversation but not intense where as Donna, Alison & Helen are very talkative

Too noisy, too busy, too chaotic. Arrived 3pm for a cut & blow dry feeling happy, left 4.20pm with a headache & feeling fed up. Not an enjoyable experience unfortunately.

Wet cut took over an hour and, despite being good with my 3 year old daughter, this was much longer than I'd expected. The finished cut wasn't what I expected and I'll need it reshaped next time

Very pleased with end result.Great care taken with cutting.Only minor complaint; sometimes I get rather wet around the neck while having hair washed.Perhaps a thicker towel would help?
