Extremely disappointed now paying £10 for a rough dry, when previously is was FOC.

Hi Helen We have had to start charging for rough drys due to booking out time to do the rough dry, also clients started to expect more than a rough dry. Unfortunately in this climate with rising cost rough drys are now a chargeable service.. Pinks ๐Ÿ˜Š

I had a really nice cut with Helen and was really pleased with the result. She was really thorough. My only criticism is I really don't like the way you use disposable gowns and towels. It really cheapens the look of the salon in my opinion but also must produce so much waste that is essentially plastic sheets that cannot be recycled and will never break down naturally.

Hi Maddy Thanks for you review. In regards to gowns & towels they are more environmentally friendly than laundry, we have done a lot of research.. The towels biodegrade & the gowns are the material used for plants ( some of our clients take them home to use in greenhouses) I hope this reassures you on our decision making. Kind regards Pinks
