Cat was absolutely brilliant. I have had two appointments, one for a consultation and the next for the actual colour and cut. Both times she made me feel completely at ease, listened to everything I wanted and talked me through the best way to achieve it without needing colour done on a regular basis. As someone that is always a bit anxious about the salon experience, I felt comfortable and like I was informed throughout of every step. Cat and Donna consulted on how best to achieve my look prior to starting the colour process and this was an extra assurance. She has done an excellent job of my thick and thick previously neglected hair and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the salon. I have rebooked already. Thank you.
