Rosie is by far the best lash tech i've ever been to, she is firstly SO friendly and nice and makes you feel very comfortable but she also really listens to what you want doing to your lashes which I find a lot of people dont. My lashes have never looked so good and lasted so long and I have had both LVL and extensions with her. Would never go anywhere else again
