Very overcharged for a hair colour that was same as before I came. I’m not satisfied by their service and wished I never went there. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

The treatment was good and the beautician looked after me well. However I didn’t the music played during the treatment - very poor sound quality coming from a phone so it didn’t create the right kind of relaxing ambiance.

The beauty staff are lovely and friendly and the salon is clean with tastefully feminine and pink decor. The issue I had was the +30% uplift in the cost to me due to the Covid 19 surcharge. I was having a relatively cheap treatment but with this on top, it made it quite expensive and that’s why my recommendation to others is unlikely.

Treatment was lovely and the massage room was great but the salon outside this room is noisy. It was a bit of a shame you could hear people outside talking during a massage, the room needs better sound proofing so people can switch off.

I had the pleasure of having Rosie do my treatment. She was lovely & personable, attentive & great customer service! My nails also look fab. Although I don’t mind paying a little more for quality. I think £55 for a mani & pedi is pretty expensive. I wonder what you charge for gels. Sadly because of this, pink of London wouldn’t be my first choice but I would come again. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend friends is because of the prices. Yes it’s a beautiful salon & you feel well treated but that treatment isn’t far off from a regular high street nail salon. The chairs aren’t the most comfortable either but looked nice.
