I visit the salon every 3 weeks. The quality and professionalism of Gaynor is superb.. Highly experienced it shows. I have had health issues that have effected my hair. The care and the advice and support has been very good. They cater.

One thing I hate is to be kept waiting for an appointment when I am always on time, in the case of Dr Swede this has never been an issue Gaynor my stylist is always on time nothing is to difficult very easy to talk too. Always willing to listen to hair concerns. In the 8 months and appointments every three weeks. Gaynor has been excellent in all she has done. You feel cared for. Thank you

a large chunk of hair has been shaved away above my ear causing a very exaggerated ear arch - looks odd and leaves me self conscious of it
