Even though I arrived for my appointment 10 mins late, my stylist was extremely gracious and accommodating to which I am extremely grateful. She had no idea what a horrible day I was having and to have 45 mins of calm and gracious treatment was truly a blessing.

My hair was cut too short. And a corner has been cut out which makes it look like there's a gap in the side of my head. I wanted a steeper gradient, there isn't even a gradient on the one side.
