I have been a client for many years but have to say the young lady who washed my hair today was the worst experience ever. Firstly she didn't check the water temperature and the water was cold. She washed my hair with such force my head was wobbling and water was going all over my face and in my ears. The head massage was with the same strength as she had washed my hair, and when finished I was never asked if I would like refreshment. All in all I got the impression that she really did not want to to be bothered to wash my hair at all. Regrettably I do not know her name but I did inform Madeline afterwards. I have never had any complaints before but thought you needed to be informed of this. This of course has no reflection on the excellence of my stylist Madeline. My family already use the salon and have done for sometime.
