I particularly appreciate having an intelligent conversation with Steve about anything under the sun while he takes good care of my hair. I have followed him from salon to salon over the last twenty odd years so he must be doing something right!

I have recently moved to Clipso as my previous hairdresser had moved. From the first visit Melody at Watford put me at ease and gave me some great advise on a new look. Absolutely delighted with new haircut and I have received lots of favourable comments from family and friends. Would highly recommend!!

I think it would be great if the staff had name tags on, as recently my hairdresser of over 8 years left the salon & I saw her friend instead. Then that lady went off on maternity leave, as even though I have been a Watford clipso customer for so many years & see the same faces (of staff) there year after year...I do not know their names. Would be nice to treat loyal long standing customers with treats/further money off or taster treatments. I worked in a work enviroment which was very customer focused & where the customer experience is of the highest standard- just like Clipso is....but we also rewarded these long standing & regular spending clients with extra benefits, to show them our appreciation for choosing to have their treatments with us. Only thing I find disappointing is that when I spend money on a routine appointments I get my discount card stamped, yet when I have spent a much higher amount of money on 4 Brazillian treatments (including for my mum) I get no stamps! Thats what I mean about treating long standing customers with more appreciation. But overall I find in all the years I have attended Clipso the standard of service has never slipped. :-)
