I've been coming to Clipso for many years, i think the prices are abit steep and the customer care not as good as it once was. Although we all have a loyalty card maybe they should offer abit more to keep us coming back, i know they have in past offered 50% to clients that have stopped making appointments, maybe occasionally they should give their current clients a reason to stay?

Turned up for my appointment which I had booked via the app. Was told (In front of other customers) that I had missed my appointment earlier and was made to feel embarassed and dismayed. Turns out I had cancelled the appointment correctly but someone working at the salon had not changed it. Haircut was good as usual but customer service was far below the expected standard.

I have been a customer of Clipso for many years and have done a few shows for them, one including the Spring/Summer show at Wembley. I have always been very impressed with the feel of the salon, the knowledge and expertise of the staff and the quality of my hair cut, however I recently left having to get another hairdresser to correct my bob haircut and my fringe as attention to detail had been missed. I am also disappointed that on the two occasions recently I have come to Clipso I have not been offered any refreshments and the general cleanliness of the salon has gone downhill considerably since Terry has been gone. Clipso has always been known for its amazing teaching and quality haircuts from its staff because of this. Also it is known for its excellent customer service, please don’t let Terrys legacy and hard work go down the drain.

This is the second time I have been far from satisfied with the way my hair has been cut. I asked for just the ends off having spent the past 12+ weeks trying to re-grow it from a bad hair cut in January but again it has been cut too short and does not fall into place when it is blow dried. I also explained that I wanted to be able to not have to use a hot brush at the weekends to give my hair a break from styling but the layers are all over the place and it looks, quite frankly, dreadful unless I curl it which takes much longer than it should as the cut is all wrong to begin with. I cannot even put my hair up to disguise it as there isn't enough length left. The last cut in March was slightly better and I felt it was slowly starting to get back to how it was last year when I was 100% satisfied with the cut and the way my hair looked but now I am back to square one with the prospect of going through another 6-8 weeks of bad hair days! This was a £64 hair cut but does not look like it.

My regular stylist as moved and therefore had to change stylists. I feel that the treatment is not as good as what it was. I was very shocked at my last hair appointment as I was charged £22.00 more. the grand total of 139.00 to have my roots and hair cut. This is a huge increase and was not made aware when having my treatment that day. Once I returned home I took a closer inspection of my hair cut and noticed the hair cut was uneven. I was very disappointment with this and have made the decision not to book anymore appointments with Clipso Watford, but to now look elsewhere after being with Clipso for 3-4 years. I think standards have really dropped recently and do NOT get what I pay for.

I needed to book separate appointments for my cut and colour due to limited availability and staff rota changes as a result of COVID social distancing etc. However, the receptionist did not inform me that a blow dry was not included following the colour treatment. No assistants were available on the day to even rough dry my hair, even though there were only 2 clients in the salon at 5.30pm and lots of assistants clearing up. I was provided with a hairdryer to dry it myself and a diffuser which did not fit and kept falling off and rolling around the floor! (Although the assistant did manage to find time to promptly escort me to the till.) Not the 5 star holistic service promoted on Clipso’s website, or what I expected as a long-standing regular customer. I left feeling stressed and deflated. N.B. My previous appointment for a cut was an excellent experience.
