Haircut- fantastic Hair wash- not so great. Could tell it was a trainee that kept getting hot and cold water in my hair. Splashing it all in my face and asking me alot of questions of how I would like my hair washed and whether I wanted conditioner???! They also did not wash the underside of my hair and i felt it wasnt even rinsed out properly either- which meant I had to wash my hair the following day as my hair became so greasy due to all the product left in my hair. This isnt really the right feeling I wanted to have post haircut

sorry would have had 10's but i9 had an order taken for a coffee which did not materialise- 10 for hairdressing knowledge , skills and advice

I haven't answered the professional advice q as it was not applicable on this occasion. THe value for money was excellent as I was offered a promotion of 50%. Otherwise I find the prices a little high. The atmosphere was greatly improved since my last visit. If I could offer any constructive criticsm is that the toilets and hand basin should be cleaned more regularly. The tiles are clean and sparkly on the walls would be nice if the basin, handwash and toilet bowl would be also. Perhaps get a rattan basket to put the tissues in to. Other than that the staff where terrific!
