My hairdresser is professional, polite, and knows excatley what I want.She is really genuine lovely person and i recommend her to all my friends. The salon get at times too noisy from loud laughter from people who work there which can be bit annoying if you are tired especially after working night shift.

I have always preferred the products used on my hair which is one of the reasons I come to Billy Basin. I just wish it was a service I could afford to use on a more regular basis.

Always a pleasure. My appointment was with Robyn. She's great, happy to discuss and work out a idea with me and then go for it. My second appointment with her and very pleased with both haircuts. And she's cheerful and chatty and the whole experience is great.
