I have been going to Billy Basin for 8 years and am really happy with the service. The only criticism is that they need to sort their boiler as sometimes the hairwash temperature is a bit variable. However I cannot fault the hairdressers... I always leave the salon feeling fabulous.

Service, friendliness and professionalism are optimal here unlike all other hairdressers I have visited in the last 15 years in London. Adding to all the positives, the price is fair. I definitely do recommend Billy Basin without hesitation. Congratulations to the owners and the team!

First visit to Billy Basin and will certainly be back! Everyone was super friendly and professional. The salon is lovely. Rebecca did a great job on my hair!
