QT was great as always. Always thorough even though it takes longer than expected to cut/dry my hair due to the volume he doesn't ever seem as though he's rushing to get me out the door.

My first visit to Billy Basin but I was treated like a regular from the get go. Very friendly team & my stylist Gosia was really attentive and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. Prices are reasonable and the salon is conveniently located right on Hampton Hill High St.

Great that they have reopened and the staff are as friendly and attentive as ever. However, I felt there were too many customers and staff for such a small space and the person doing my hair was also uncomfortable about this. I won't go as often as before.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly and atmosphere is warm, even when very busy. Excellent advice on colouring. I always leave with shiny, gorgeous hair and feeling better than when I went in!
