Not very keen on background music but otherwise it’s a pleasant experience at the Salon and today was nice and cool (I was by the air conditioner!) Also would like the reinstatement of the Booking app as it was very convenient to make an appointment online.

As usual, a very friendly salon to visit, with a busy but relaxing atmosphere. Staff are welcoming and considerate; take their clients wishes into account but tell them honestly what won't work. I always feel great when I leave and my hair looks fabulous.

I have been going to Billy Basin for many years. During that time they have always shown great professionalism and would consider some of the staff as almost friends. Always a joy to have my hair cut. The beer and coffee is great.
