Nick and his team are brilliant! They are fun and professional - I’m so happy they have survived this difficult time. They have adapted to this not normal situation with good grace and a focus on customer service. We are all smiling at each other through the masks , the temperature checks , social distancing and absence of the extras that we’d normally have eg coffee tea etc. Tracy is still smiling and singing - all well with the world. Special shout out to Claire our family stylist - she is amazing. Listens to us all as individuals (my kids love her for that as do I) and through her skill , she transforms us all into the most beautiful version of ourselves! A godsend
