As usual, a very friendly salon to visit, with a busy but relaxing atmosphere. Staff are welcoming and considerate; take their clients wishes into account but tell them honestly what won't work. I always feel great when I leave and my hair looks fabulous.

I have been going to Billy Basin for many years. During that time they have always shown great professionalism and would consider some of the staff as almost friends. Always a joy to have my hair cut. The beer and coffee is great.
