As always so happy &grateful to have Billy Basin so close to me. I very much adore Gosia,not just because of the person she is,but for her invaluable help with my “tresses”! It was a big decision for me to go grey au naturally &thought it would take a really long time.But Gosia has made it a remarkably easy process.

I am always made to feel very welcome at this salon. All the stylists do a very professional job and the salon mentors new sylists coming through regularly as well. My hairdresser is very talented and has extensive knowledge and experience and we always have a nice chat into the bargain. I have been coming to the salon for many years now seeing other stylists at first and then more recently the salon owner, and I have no reason to change that for the foreseeable future.

Claire is an absolutely brilliant stylist and is fantastic at colour too. Really welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Only criticism is it could do with a little cosmetic update , but this is the least important factor to me. Best salon around
