You give the best hair cuts by far. Unfortunately some staff members don't really seem too interested in customers who don't fit in with your image (beard/ tattoos/ edgy moustache/ monocle etc.). I didn't really have the attention of my barber during my latest visit, and I haven't the last few times I have been in. Having said that, I will return as the haircut is such good quality. I think to improve, you need to focus on customer service and accommodating for, and engaging in conversation with, the range of people who are inevitably going to come in. I want to come back and not feel like I'm not cool enough to be there (which I totally am!!!). Cheers

I did receive and good hair cut but more expensive than else where and the staff member next to the till didn't acknowledge/greet me when I walked in but carried on chatting to a friend and it was only after I had sat down that I realised for myself that I had to do a self entry system on the tablet on reception to be part of the queue. He didn't say a thing to me about doing that as soon as I walked in which he should have after he had greeted me but of course, he didn't greet me either !!

Your booking system is not reliable at times ,suppose to keep you waiting so long ,not longer i.e. booked in 12.40 not seen until 2.40 then that was with the not the person I booked for ,that would have been 30 -45 mins more ,not good when you got to pay for car parking .So basically no booking with the person you want takes too long .

When you say you're going to start my son's hair at 3.30 please can it be at the allotted time because I'm sick and tired of coming in here being given a time his appointment is going to be then only to have to wait another 40 minutes!, it's starting to annoy me now!.
