I was looking at the window poster with services and prices and a member of staff approached me. I got a wet cut done which according to the window poster it was £20. I decided to give it a go because the member of staff was very nice. My disappointment came when at check out I was charged £26.05. £2 additional for the length of my hair and nearly £4 for a 'covid levy'. This was not mentioned to me at any time and was not in the window along with other prices. I did not get any additional PPE, the staff were not wearing PPE either, other than an ordinary fabric face mask, yet I was charged. I will never come back, this is a joke.

I booked my appointment on Saturday morning, the staff is very friendly, and the protection of mask and cover is very safe. I did wash and cut for 29.55 pounds, my hair wasn’t totally dry because it is wash and cut only. I like my long bob naturally curved towards inside. And I mentioned to my hairdresser. But the results is opposite. I checked online, seems other higher level hairdresser place only 10 pounds more. And I think I will try other more expensive place. Overall surpercut is a friendly hairdresser place. But I think a bit over priced for the results. If you got more budgets, I think should try other more expensive place.

I wanted just 1 inch off my layers. Robbie didn't ask and literally chopped off my hair around 2 cm. They are so short,another year wait for that much length. My daugther gave a refrence and didn't want front bangs. She was so unhappy that she tied her hair as soon as we are back home.This time our experience was not satisfying.

Nails are very blobby I can see nail brush lines was pushed for money and to come back

The most horrible experience ever. I was a regular customer but don't think would ever go back. I would really like to warn all customers from going there.
