The most horrible experience ever. I was a regular customer but don't think would ever go back. I would really like to warn all customers from going there.

The woman was rough, and rude. She pushed my sons head from side to side without communicating, she didn't give him what he wanted in his hair cut. Said dont take any length off top she took over an inch, we told her not to cut it too high at the back she did it anyway, she missed bits around his ears. Was just really rough. She also cut my hair and she was so rough when washing it she ripped hair out at my temples. Burnt me with the hairdryer. And was intimidating. Then as i got to the till they tried to charge me almost double. They said the price was 'from' I explained that no one said this to me before they started cutting my hair and I refused to pay the higher amount as the experience had been so bad, however with both the hairdresser and another staff member at the till I felt too intimated to say so. Myself and my son left feeling dejected and my son left in tears about his hair as felt he had veen butchered after very carefully growing it. Absolutely awful experience. Will never return. Frankly I would like a refund.

I booked my appointment on Saturday morning, the staff is very friendly, and the protection of mask and cover is very safe. I did wash and cut for 29.55 pounds, my hair wasn’t totally dry because it is wash and cut only. I like my long bob naturally curved towards inside. And I mentioned to my hairdresser. But the results is opposite. I checked online, seems other higher level hairdresser place only 10 pounds more. And I think I will try other more expensive place. Overall surpercut is a friendly hairdresser place. But I think a bit over priced for the results. If you got more budgets, I think should try other more expensive place.

I was looking at the window poster with services and prices and a member of staff approached me. I got a wet cut done which according to the window poster it was £20. I decided to give it a go because the member of staff was very nice. My disappointment came when at check out I was charged £26.05. £2 additional for the length of my hair and nearly £4 for a 'covid levy'. This was not mentioned to me at any time and was not in the window along with other prices. I did not get any additional PPE, the staff were not wearing PPE either, other than an ordinary fabric face mask, yet I was charged. I will never come back, this is a joke.

With only one stylist to accommodate walk in and pre booked appointments I felt that I was rushed...3 hours was a long time. And I felt very sorry for the stylist Lesley who was very kind and didn’t even have a break in the time I was there. I wasn’t happy with my cut which looks awful and I was talked into having a colour that I would not normally go for.
