Always had a good cut and colour with Robbie at Orpington. Unfortunately it has now got far too expensive. Almost £80 for a semi and cut and blow dry. I was expecting it to be £59 - colour package A - as shown on the website.

I booked on-line and the confirmation included a price of £26.00 for a cut/blow dry with Lani .When I paid she said it was £41 as I only had a trim ,no re-style I can’t understand why it was so much more

I was charged £4 more (£20.95)in the salon than quoted on the website - they said for a ‘COVID levy’. This was not made clear when I booked online and, in fact. I got an email quoting me a total price of 16.95. Not good business - you are supposed to charge what you say is total and not add on surprise fees ! Ideally I’d like that £4 to be taken off my next haircut or refunded.
