Austen understands curly hair! Not very many stylists do. I've gone three times this year and have been thrilled with the results each time. At one of my visits he had one of his other stylists watch for a bit as he showed her how he cuts curly hair dry. Listening to him explain things to her gave me even more reassurance that I had found the right place.
