No complaints about my visit to the salon. My stylist was Freya and she did an excellent job. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout.

Another fantastic cut at Austen Thomson. Louise discussed my long term goals before the cut. Also gave me great advice about home care and maintenance, which is my big challenge. Greatlt recommend the team at this salon.

I booked with Freya and it was my first time. The whole visit from a welcome into the salon, to consultation and service was beyond expectations! Freya is an upcoming budding stylist and her attention to the client's request and concerns was impeccable, I have come across some very good salons and stylists and Freya will definitely be someone on that list. She is detail oriented and meticulous. I couldn't have left feeling more than welcome and taken care of by Austen Thomson hair. Thank you and I can't wait to be back for another haircut!

Great salon. This is the third time I have been here and got my hair cut by Freya. I look forward to getting my hair coloured well next time. The staff are all friendly and professional and make you feel welcome.
