I wasn’t made to feel very welcome in your salon, the therapist wasn’t very talkative, even when trying to make conversation. I was left with wax and hair still on me after treatment.

Paid for very expensive deep tissue massage and felt really wasn’t up to standard. I have had many in the past at other venues where have been asked about areas of tension/purpose of visit and those areas have been worked on. The massage was quite strange - no focus on knots or tension areas (which is why I booked deep tissue) and also very noticeable that the process wasn’t symmetrical - what happened on one side sometimes happened on the other but often didn’t. To me this was not a deep tissue massage like I have ever had before.. will not repeat.

Not been to this one before. It was so hot, no water offered whilst waiting. The rooms looked unclean. Unfortunately not happy with the outcome of my treatment either. Not bad value, but disappointed.

The receptionist was very friendly but the beautician wasn’t friendly at all. Basically said nothing for the whole one hour appointment and was sniffing a lot. When I left she didn’t say goodbye was just texting on her phone! Really unwelcoming.

To say the salon is tired is an understatement. It appears very unloved, in need of renovation and possibly dirty. Whilst the girl who treated me was lovely and gave a good service it was not a relaxing environment because it gave the impression of being unclean and unhygienic. The entrance is also very shabby. Appearance is important and cleanliness paramount when have a beauty treatment.

I have been getting pedicures for a few decades and this was the more comfortable pedicure ever. Your set up is incredibly uncomfortable and not client friendly. You need a way for the client to prop up their foot which isn’t on someone’s knee and holding their leg at an angle for an hour. The bowls might be more sanitary but the water was barely warm and awkward to navigate around when sitting down. It was also an incredibly expensive pedicure for the amount of discomfort I felt the entire time. Your staff is lovely but it was a torture experience and I feel like I need a massage and a good stretch to relax from having to hold my legs out straight for an hour. I suggest you not offer pedicures until you come up with an actually acceptable pedicure setup.
