I don’t recommend this place. I have payed in advance and I regret, because I had to cancel my appointment and they didn’t give me the refund. I could decide to pay in cash so I wouldn’t loose my money. They are not flexible and don’t offer any other choices if you can’t get there on your visit. No flexibility or compassion and rude staff.

The salon gave me entirely incorrect advice about my CACI treatment. When I made them aware they did nothing to compensate for my wasted money except to give me one free session if I signed up for another course of 6. I did so as I really wanted to see good results. After a further 4 sessions not only was there no noticeable difference to my face but I developed lumps under my skin around the jaw line. Whilst I cannot prove CACI caused them, it does seem quite a coincidence that they appeared at this time. My doctor felt that the lumps could be attributed to CACI.... Electrical impulses near lymph nodes... Who knows. This and the fact that both girls who treated me did so in entirely different methods left me to doubting the quality and consistency of their training. I began to question whether it wasn't the CACI per se that was resulting in no noticeable effect on my skin but the quality of the application. I asked for a refund for the sessions remaining after the lumps were discovered and I was given just that. No compensation either financial or complementary treatment of another sort which I felt was very poor customer service. It felt like they just wanted every last penny out of me with no care or thought for how the experience had left me. My advice is steer clear and find another salon. I will post this review onGoogle too to warn others.

I don't usually write bad reviews, and as the women here were very sweet I really didn't want to have to write this, but unfortunately, this was the worst massage I've ever had. Everything felt rushed and haphazard and it didn't feel like a professional massage. The pressure was hard, but not a good hard, where the knots are released, but just a hard painful pressure that didn't feel good. The atmosphere was weird as I could constantly hear the creaking of the floor when the masseuse moved around. It just felt very unprofessional, and I don't feel any different after having left. I have had a lot of massages before, and this felt like the masseuse was incompetent and I'm pretty sure was reading from a piece of paper on what to do... Safe to say, I won't be returning.

The welcoming was very friendly but the treatment were not upto the standard for what you pay. The staff just finish their job and don’t even check or review if it’s done perfectly or neatly.
