Overall the service was fine for my spray tan, however I was upset that even though I had specified that I wanted the 6% tan on the phone and before my spray I was still given a 8% tan which was completely unsuitable for what I needed it for.

I think that the Spa has lots of potential but it needs updating and also the environment needs more attention. The massage bed that was used for my treatment had oily towels on and it didn't feel that clean.

Staff are friendly but I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the treatment as I had to return to be 'patched up ' after bits of me were missed during my spray tan which involved a return journey into town , parking expenses etc. It was also noted that some of the fixtures and fittings could do with a clean..... Dirty wax pots lying around and the spray tan tent was dirty and clearly had not been wiped or cleaned between clients. The power sockets were stained with spray tan which had turned green. Also a lot more expensive compared with what I have paid elsewhere. Unlikely to return.

I booked a deep tissue massage because i have problems with my back and have found the deep tissue massage to be effective. The lady who did my massage was extremely good, one of the best deep tissue messages i have ever had. The therapist was very, very busy and started late on my massage. I turned up completely on time and waited for her to start my massage but it took about 15 minutes later before she started o work. I paid for an hour massage and only received three quarters of the time. I did not complain at the time because she was very busy and very nice and was working in a very stressful environment, with the phone going etc etc. I think she stopped work on my back because her next client turned up and she had to start work and leave me without my full hour. again I can't stress enough, the deep tissue massage I received was excellent. Maybe next time I come for a massage I can be given the 15 lost out on this time. regards Sarah

It was my first time at the salon and I had read good reviews so thought would try. As soon as I arrived I didn't get a good feeling. The staff member handed me a tablet to fill in my details - no explanation. Another appeared and I had my son with me who is very young. She said who is being naughty to him. I quickly responded with he is happy and wants to explore. I quickly realised she was to be the person who was doing my treatment. In the room I felt it was rushed. Also, I let my son listen to a favourite song to keep him happy. She responded with, "Oh that will be stuck in my head now!" Then she made a comment about my eyebrows and she had a bit of work to do or something. And finally she forgot something so mid treatment she ran out of the room to get it. So to be honest I don't think I will be rushing back!
