Ok cut, explained what I wanted to the stylist at the beginning, cut up to the hairline. She initially cuts it and blow dries but it is 2 inches from the hairline. Good cut in the end once got up to the hairline but took time.

Mirka and the front desk were very skilled and polite. The woman washing hair was not skilled and was also rude. She pulled and scrubbed quite hard to the point of discomfort, though this might be a difference in personal preferences. However, she also kept getting water into my ears and down my blouse and didn't seem to be trying to avoid doing so. The other employees noticed that I looked uncomfortable and tried to help. She also muttered something when she couldn't wrap my hair in the towel. Mirka noticed and was able to do so efficiently.

The service was fantastic, and Carlos did an excellent job with my hair color. I was very pleased with the quality of the treatment and the overall experience.However, I was disappointed to discover that the water and coffee offered during my appointment were added to my final bill. Given that I spent over £700 on hair services, I found this unexpected and out of keeping with the level of hospitality one would expect from a high-end salon.When refreshments are offered to clients without any indication that they will incur an additional charge, customers naturally assume they are complimentary. If beverages are chargeable, this should be clearly communicated in advance rather than presented as part of the salon experience and then added to the bill afterward.While the quality of the service itself was outstanding, this aspect of the customer experience left a negative impression and is something I believe the salon should reconsider.

I had a quick wash and blow dry at the Lansdowne club. Hair wash was the traditional Japanese wash and scalp massage.... so relaxing! Hiro did a wonderful job of my hair, I felt in very good hands.

The service is precise and fast, products are good, people kind. No waiting time. Maybe the washing stations are a little too narrow and their chairs not so confortable. The price is a little bit high but the location probably makes it worth it.

Very good service, very professional, great advice. Only 175£ for a men’s haircut is a bit expensive, it is however justified by the service and quality of the cut.
