I have had the Yuko System applied to my hair many times with huge success. Unfortunately, your salon’s application of Yuko based on my results is extremely poor. It’s as if nothing has been done. Your staff are clearly not properly trained in this area.

Service was excellent however , there was a customer getting their hair done blatantly not wearing a mask dt.20th April around 530pm.. How can you allow that in your premises putting everyone who have trusted you at risk?

We will investigate further what reasons were given to us. We know how important it is for everyone to be cooperative in these difficult times. On rare occasions, we have been given valid explanations by clients who are unable to wear a mask. However, we will work harder to make sure our safety protocols are being followed.
