I have had the Yuko System applied to my hair many times with huge success. Unfortunately, your salon’s application of Yuko based on my results is extremely poor. It’s as if nothing has been done. Your staff are clearly not properly trained in this area.

Service was excellent however , there was a customer getting their hair done blatantly not wearing a mask dt.20th April around 530pm.. How can you allow that in your premises putting everyone who have trusted you at risk?

On rare occasions, we have been given valid explanations by clients who are unable to wear a mask. However, we will work harder to make sure our safety protocols are being followed. Mirka and the front desk were very skilled and polite. The woman washing hair was not skilled and was also rude. She pulled and scrubbed quite hard to the point of discomfort, though this might be a difference in personal preferences. However, she also kept getting water into my ears and down my blouse and didn't seem to be trying to avoid doing so. The other employees noticed that I looked uncomfortable and tried to help. She also muttered something when she couldn't wrap my hair in the towel. Mirka noticed and was able to do so efficiently.

I had a quick wash and blow dry at the Lansdowne club. Hair wash was the traditional Japanese wash and scalp massage.... so relaxing! Hiro did a wonderful job of my hair, I felt in very good hands.

Great services. However I feel that there should be a reward rate for loyal customers instead of paying the normal rate which keeps going up...
