When I arrived, I was greeted with a little indifference—no smiles or warmth. I had specifically asked for Madalina, as she’s advertised as a top stylist with a fee of around £138–£170. When I asked the cost in advance, I was told it would be at the top end, but no explanation was given. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to charge £130. In the end, I didn’t get Madalina but was assigned another stylist. He was pleasant enough and did the cut as discussed. The result was fine overall, though the sides were shorter than expected and not particularly suited to my face shape. At this price point, I had hoped for more thought and tailoring. On top of that, the coffee I was served was cold—and I believe I was charged £2 for it. Overall, the experience felt underwhelming for the cost, and I’m not sure I’d return.

Best hair cut and gloss. Very precise with the haircut and the blowout was fantastic as well.
