Returned to Hiro after many years since coming back to London. Very beautiful decor and professionalism from the staff. Had a same day appointment arranged later in the evening and my details updated. Able to pay a deposit with cash which was convenient. When I returned I was offered complementary tea and magazines while I waited. The staff apologised for the delay due to new years bookings, but it was nice to rest listening to jazz playing throughout the salon. The young man cutting my hair was very kind and sociable as we discussed Japanese culture. Throughout the appointment he consulted me regarding my hair to offer alterations based on my preferences and showed me products available to style. Hiro himself was very pleasant and charming as we spoke about a range of topics. I was offered complementary products at the end of my consultation and a pleasant experience that imbued me with the wish to return soon. Many thanks!
