Micha was very professional and informative when she performed my facial. The atmosphere in the beauty room however was not relaxing at all. The students who were in there performing facial etc on each other were rather noisy and chattering loudly about their personal lives which is something that is very un professional in my opinion.

I had a hot stone massage which I found to be very relaxing. The therapist was very thorough in registering my current well being and explaining the procedure of the massage. During the treatment she ensured that I was comfortable with the hot stones at all stages whilst she worked. She was also very professional and offered advice following the massage. Overall it was a very nice experience and I wish the therapist well in her future career. One point I would like to make is that I felt the ambience of the salon could be improved and made a little more relaxing, but thoroughly appreciate that students have to be observed during treatments.

Only one gripe and that is about the 'new' loyalty card that gives £5 off a product rather than a treatment. I will not be benefiting from this as I don't use any of the products and will not be purchasing any just because of the £5 off carrot!

I always ask for Jess to do my nails and treatments as she is friendly welcoming and professional ! I had a lifting chrystal clear facial which was fab! Thanks Jess
