Aiden, did a great job, however, would have enjoyed a little more "chatting" this could be due to him still learning so that is ok. I felt I could communicate also felt he understood what I wanted, producing a great haircut. Will return!

The stylist was chewing gum throughout the time she was doing my hair as well as checking her phone. This seemed unprofessional.

Lovely young lady gave me a facial and I received compliments on my skin that day 😊 I’d have liked her to use a bit more pressure and tell me a bit more about what she was doing but a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I will be recommending.

A pleasant experience, everyone is friendly but can take quite a long time. Prices seem to vary from visit to visit even though you have the same treatments. Overall, I am always pleased with the results and keep returning.

it was all really good but I had my massage in a cubicle on the end and there were students/tutor talking the other side of the curtain about their assessments etc and this spoiled the ambience somewhat. The young lady who gave me the massage did really well. Just what I wanted. As did the young lady who did my nails. Very nice girls.

If there had been disabled facilities such as a Wheelchair friendly bowl for hair washing, then it would have been tens across the board, but because of having to drop the back of my wheelchair, and balance on my back wheels using my neck to have my hair washed, was not quite a pleasurable experience for myself,and /or the poor Student who had me dropped in their lap, so to speak. The poor Student just kept apologising and although they treated me with the utmost care and attention and gave me a fabulous hair cut, i could feel the tension within them, of not having had training with a disabled person in salon, or had training in class before. BUT it wouldn't stop me from coming again. In fact i have booked another appointment, with the same student. I just hope that with time, the salon Staff and Students incorporate disabled hair styling as a whole.
