For value for money it's exceptional. Products are very good the students know what to use. Today I had an excellent facial from Holly. I've been coming to the college for many years it's welcoming from the moment of entry. Reception has excellent staff . I do think that the quality of service the students offer is getting better.Well done I love it.

When I first booked the spa for myself and my daughters, I asked for a back massage for my daughter and a pedicure. I didn't realise there were varying types of massage and pedicure and when we arrived it was booked in for a full body massage for Chloe (she then said she would only like a back massage) and my pedicure for the top one. In future I will ask about other ones as when we got home there is more than one pedicure at varying prices. It just seems that the highest price range treatments were automatically booked in without us being told. Having said that we did have a very enjoyable time.

Ive been for 2 intensive pedicures and they have been very different, so im confused which one is the intensive pedicure!

The scores given are not a 10 because nothing is perfect, so 9 is representative of very good scores. The reason I've given 8 for the environment is because the toilets are too far away from the salon, in my humble opinion & to get to them one has to walk through reception. The reason I've given 8 for service is because I would like to have a full head of lightener with a few low light foils but lightener is not offered as a full head colour?! Otherwise the service of all those at the salon is very good - exceptional actually.

My beautician was lovely , she was quite nervous , I told her not to be nervous. She had a gentle touch & was very pleasant & polite I think with more experience her confidence will grow, A lovely experience thank you
