Had a lovely service during my appointment. The stylist was aware of my time constraints and was able to complete my service in time. The completed look was very satisfactory. However, a couple of days later I noticed that parts of my hair had not been coloured. This meant arranging to visit the salon again for correction. I am disappointed as the tutor did check my hair (briefly) before I left and didn't notice this.

On this visit I found that the teacher was not about to give advice to the student, as this was the first time the student had perform this treatment.
