My facial was expensive, and involved rushed breathing and strokes, instead of slow and steady. I had never had a facial like it!

I booked a 45 minute facial, however it only lasted 30 minutes as I had to fill out a questionnaire and then I was left for ages after i had undressed (it only takes 2 minutes!) for £45, I would have liked a full 45 minutes as advertised.

the girl washing my hair was very poor. she hasnt been trained properly water in my ears

All our assistants go through a thorough and detailed training plan before working on our salon floor, however we will endeavour to re-visit shampoo training with all assistants to ensure this does not happen again. Whilst it's a good hair cut I was given,it is nothing like what I wanted. It's just a shorter version of what I already had. Came out very disappointed and don't think I will be returning
