A few times now I have given you another go but keep being disappointed. Hair washing was really disappointing, despite me saying how much I enjoy it - quick, certainly not covering the back of hair or scrubbing ... Had to ask to continue rinsi as could feel soap left in .. Got miss sold a hair treatment (£10!!!) that took two mins and most certainly wasn't a head massage. No hand massage. And was a complete waste of money. Hair still needs more off the back as it's uneven ... However I came back in last time and it was to an improvement so I guess not worth it!!! Really disappointed as I really like the place and ambience.

Highlights & cut took 3 hours! The dye was left on my hair for an hour & now looks yellow. I have returned to the salon to complain, once they have rectified my hair I will not go back there again.

I can't tell you how upset I am with the colour of my hair. I brought a photograph of a rich warm red brown-I left with jet black hair. I asked for the top stylist in the hope that my fine curly hair could be groomed to it's best. After the first colour had been applied and wash off I was told a second colour would be applied which would take the last bit of harsh colour out of my hair and make it warm, instead I have a cold hard black against my very fair skin. It may with time fade , however I have to walk round with it any have had to pay for this travesty, which would have been excusable had the hairdressers been a junior. I do have to say that the pampering elements of the session were excellent.

A lovely place to visit and very nice/ kind therapist but, my massage was very poor I hate to say. I have regular back neck & shoulder massages in many salons over the years but I left feeling as though I hadn’t had a massage the flow technique was very poor a shame because the therapist was truly lovely it was just the massage was really not good at all very repetitive movements no flow up & down the back at all I didn’t mention at the time because I hate to criticise anyone I find it awkward but I wanted to give an honest review £45 for 25 minutes was not value for money unfortunately I’m sorry to give such a bad review because the therapist was so nice

Not enough experience with a wide variety of different hair types. You get the feeling that they prefer to work with a certain hair type ONLY, especially coming from a 'salon director'.

I have been coming to have my nails done for quite a few years now but as late iv not enjoyed my experience so much and this time I felt rushed and wasn't as friendly . Always loved Daisy and her technique and quality of service was spot on but as I drove home today thought its time to look elsewhere unlikely to come back now . Also choice of colours has not increased and is getting boring . Sorry but disappointed now.
