I thought Lesley was amazing and understand that you want loads customers to fill appointments. However I felt when it was my appointment that Lesley also had another customer at same time as me and the assistant kept coming during my hair cut to get advice on what wash her hair with etc which I felt took away from the luxury of me getting my hair cut. It felt like I had rush away.

It was SO much more relaxing today than usual because the music was much quieter. Instead of an intense, clubby vibe, there was a relaxing buzz. You could still hear the music, but nobody was having to shout to be heard over it. Please keep it this way!!

It was a very good experience on the whole:careful listening to what I wanted and good advice about the style and suitable products. The cut is good as far as I can tell so far. Conversation began by being rather bland, but became more real and interested as time went on.

I had to wait over 45 minutes before being taken through. I’m a regular and I was looked after and the chat was fine but it was too long to be kept waiting. I should have said something at the time.
