The staff at Spoiled are really friendly and kind. There is a nice atmosphere there. I find it a bit noisy sometimes, so I try to go in at quieter times in the week. I'd rather staff didn't chew gum when doing my hair.

I was unhappy with the hair wash - the apprentice was very new and didn’t wash hair properly or even comb through the conditioner. No towel was put round my neck until after wash was complete. I could see how busy it was so allowances can be made at this time of year . I won’t mske an appointment again so close to Christmas . Lisa was excellent as always but at £52 for a cut I left feeling unhappy. Hopefully next time will be better

Very nice space, but boiling room temperature (at least drinks were on the house). Stylist was professional, although I would have liked some more advice on how much colour they would be adding, as it turned out very muted.
