Really wonderful salon. Attentive staff who offer quality choice of beverages, a wide variety of magazines, head massages, and best of all a great cut and colour. They really know how to ensure a luxurious and relaxing salon experience.

Had a lovely appointment and a great haircut! The only thing is the staff seemed a little stressed, seemed like there was lots going on and not the best support at times. It was a great experience though and all the staff were lovely to me and did a great job.

I've rated my visit a bit lower than usual because the boiler was broken and I got really cold! While that's not your fault, I think it would be good if you let clients know in advance about this kind of issue so that they can choose to postpone or at least wear warmer clothing.

I was in the salon to have my hair curled for a wedding on that day. I had asked for tight curls as my hair is very fine and sadly the curls didn't even stay in for 2 hours let alone for the wedding. I was very disappointed as it looked like I had not even bothered to get my hair done for the day at all. Sebastian was very nice though and used a lot of products on my hair including hairspray but even that didn't hold the curls for any length of time.
