Jenny listened to what I wanted. Color was a bit light for me and I was welcomed back for a slight adjustment; its now brilliant. I gave 8 for the service because the person washing my hair seemed distracted and was a bit rough for me. I like dance music but not when I'm in a salon and cant dance and hairdryers are in full swing!
