I think lady that wash my hair was her first time, I had colour everywhere after she washed, ears, front, colour product still on my head.. also ALL my back was completely wet!! From the top of my back until my trousers.. I was so cold, lady that had to dry my hair had to wash my hair again and dry my shirt .. so unpleasant experience, feel so frustrated and cold... Justification was lady that wash my hair was junior! But come on!

I booked with a hairdresser I have used before only to be called an hour before my appointment to be told she wasn't in due to a bereavement in the previous week. I was not impressed that the salon had waited till an hour before to let me know. The hairdresser I was re booked with was really good however the experience in the salon was abysmal. You may serve tea with a lovely oblong plate with tiny teapot and milk jug but that does not give you the right to treat people like a number, maybe a course of being genuine rather that trying to extract money from people would be worthwhile. I had booked, colour, cut and threading. Had my colour and cut and was taken to the reception to pay and was being charged for my threading that I hadn't had, when I questioned this the threading appointment was much later and I did not have time to hang around, completely disorganised. The receptionists had very abrupt attitude and I left feeling like the £80 I had spent was worth it for the hair cut but felt very let down by the way I was treated, at that price I expect to be looked after. I have rebooked but will be cancelling.

My stylist was running 30 mins late... fair enough, I was offered a complimentary drink and conditioning treatment for the inconvenience. I got a cup of tea but no complimentary treatment. My stylist didn’t introduce herself so I have no idea of her name and no apology or explanation as to why she was so late until she had almost finished my hair. She was very rude about my hair after I explained I hadn’t had it cut for so long (mainly because of bad experiences!) I won’t be coming back here again, as I don’t know the stylists name I can’t ask not to have her again, so lost a potential repeat customer.

I was very disappointed with the seviceci got today, jess my hairderesser seemed to be in a rush and like every women after lockdown and there first visit to the salon was excited, but no I came home and cried my hair looks awful and have had to wash and straighten it before I can go out for lunch. My partner laughed when I walked though the door as he said i looked awful not what you wanted after being in a hairdresser and spending £40 to look lovely. I would have thought that if I had gone to a cheap rubbish hairdressers in lancaster not jo and cass. I would t recamend jess to anyone if she is going to rush and leave hair all over your face and want your hair to look bad. Yes again I'm so disappointed and very upset
